However, our dispatch team always comes alive to send the right parcel to the customers. Even if any customer gets the wrong, damaged or defective product/ products, he/she will be in the purview of our ‘Delivery Return Policy’ that comprises a few things as follows:

The delivered parcel can’t be returned. To evade fraud in the online market, now our return policy is terminated. But customers can replace their product if they meet the following conditions: 

  • Used products won’t be replaced.
  • The customer needs to make a video of the alleged product and send us via WhatsApp.

After review, your product will be replaced within 7 days.
